Big news for collegiate pickleball! DUPR and the UPA are joining forces to launch the Collegiate Pickleball Tour (CPT) in 2025, taking the sport to the next level with expanded competition, elite showcases, and a major prize purse.
The CPT will feature 30 Campus Regionals, eight Super Regionals, and two marquee championships—the Collegiate National Championship in Atlanta (Spring) and the Collegiate World Championship in Dallas (Fall). Plus, top teams will compete in 10 Collegiate Showcases at PPA Tour events, gaining exposure on a professional stage.
With over $100,000 in prize money up for grabs, the CPT will provide crucial funding for college pickleball programs. The top teams from the Nationals will also earn the chance to compete against the world’s best at MLP’s Mid-Season Tournament in Grand Rapids, MI.
And for the first time ever, collegiate pickleball is going global! The Collegiate World Championship (CWC) debuts in Fall 2025, bringing together the top international college players to crown the first-ever Collegiate World Champions.
With this groundbreaking expansion, collegiate pickleball is set to soar—creating more opportunities, bigger stages, and a brighter future for student-athletes across the globe.
