North America’s premier indoor pickleball franchise expansion in New Jersey continues with 40,000 square-foot club in East Brunswick, NJ
East Brunswick, NJ – The Picklr, North America’s fastest-growing indoor pickleball franchise, headquartered in Kaysville, Utah, announced today a lease signing for its third club in New Jersey. This 40,000 sq ft facility will feature 13 courts with professional-grade outdoor surfacing from Just Courts, the official court layer for The Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) and The Picklr.
The Picklr East Brunswick, scheduled to open in mid-2026, will be located at 755 Route 18 in East Brunswick (08816) in the former Brunswick Square Mall. The club is part of a major redevelopment project at the mall that will include residential, retail and commercial properties. It is conveniently situated for residents across Central New Jersey, just minutes from The NJ Turnpike, The Garden State Parkway and Route 9.
Members will enjoy unlimited play, including open play, league play, and tournaments. They will also have access to private and semi-private lessons and clinics led by certified Picklr trainers. All members receive four free guest passes and four free clinics every month and a full pro shop, locker room, private event space and more. .
Because Picklr memberships are valid at all locations nationwide, members of The Picklr East Brunswick will also enjoy access to the other New Jersey clubs; The Picklr Manahawkin-LBI and The Picklr Fair Lawn, both located approximately an hour away.

He brings strategic leadership, franchise operation experience, and corporate experience to the venture.
The Picklr East Brunswick lease was negotiated by The Picklr owner-operator group, represented by Mani Nagpal of Global Realty Services USA with building landlord Paramount Realty.
