American Express is expanding its presence at the 2026 US Open with a new slate of interactive fan experiences and premium Card Member benefits designed to extend the tournament atmosphere throughout the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center and New York City.

Running during the US Open from Aug. 23 through Sept. 13, the American Express Fan Experience will return for Fan Week with popular attractions including customized tennis balls and the Dove refresh station, alongside several new activations. Among them is Tennis Rhythm Rally, a fast-paced digital tennis game allowing up to seven fans to compete simultaneously, as well as a complimentary tennis-themed phone charm and chain customization station.

Card Members will also be eligible for a complimentary MTA subway or bus ride during select tournament hours, while American Express will extend its tennis-themed branding across New York’s transit system.

For Card Members, American Express will again operate its dedicated lounge, which accommodates members and up to two guests and includes exclusive merchandise, a complimentary postcard station and specialty food and beverage offerings. Platinum and Centurion members will have access to massage chairs and match livestreams at a wellness station.

The company’s premium Centurion Lounge will offer eligible Platinum and Centurion members complimentary food and beverages, with dishes inspired by Resy partner restaurants from chefs Kwame Onwuachi and Michael Solomonov. The lounge will also serve the US Open’s signature Honey Deuce cocktail and other premium beverages. Same-day, one-hour reservations will be available beginning at 9:30 a.m. ET during the main tournament, Aug. 30 through Sept. 13.

Additional Card Member benefits across the grounds include complimentary American Express radios for following match coverage, a $10 statement credit after $100 in qualifying on-site purchases for eligible enrolled members, and the return of the checkout-free American Express Shop in Fountain Plaza featuring food, beverages and exclusive merchandise.

The 2026 activation continues a relationship between American Express and the US Open that now spans more than three decades. The tournament is part of the company’s broader sponsorship portfolio encompassing more than 50 sports leagues, teams, venues and major events worldwide.
